Celebrating quiet colors and gentle stitches

Since 2010, we've been on a creative journey.  Our cross stitch designs celebrate our love of traditional ways, and of making things by hand.

The blog

Robin's journal

Robin started blogging back in 2005, spurred on by her love of making and creating by hand. October House first came into being as a blog in 2010, when knitting took over all her waking hours. Now the journal not only details what's going on with October House Fiber Arts, but also whatever crafty and creative adventures Robin is currently enjoying.
