The days keep growing shorter, and colder, as we get close to the holidays. It's hard to believe that next week is Thanksgiving...but it is.
We're busy planning for next year...and we've got a whole new show to get ready for. I'm beyond excited to announce that we will be first time exhibitors at the Nashville Needlework Market in March 2020!
I've been a pretty consistent stitcher over the last 20 years, and when I released my first collection of designs a couple of years ago I knew that it would be an important part of October House going forward. But I really didn't think I'd be looking at going to market for a few more years, honestly.
I have to pinch myself to make sure it's really true. But then I also have to get to work...there's LOTS to do in the next few months!
I'll be sharing more about my cross stitch designs and about the cross stitch community in the days to come, so stay tuned:)

I'm Robin, the dyer and designer behind October House. You've found my blog, where I ramble on about yarn and knitting, stitching and sewing and anything else that catches my fancy!
I love quiet colors, gentle stitches and making things by hand.
