DFW Fiber Fest is almost here...less than a month away!
I'm busy, busy finishing up the yarn dyeing and putting together cross stitch kits, as well as a few other notions and accessories.
We'll be in Booth 116, which is a complete switcharoo from where we were last year. We're at the other end of the hall this year, which means we'll also be loading in earlier.
The bad news is we'll be getting up before dawn to head out, in order to make our load in time. The good news is we'll be done much earlier in the afternoon and have time for a leisurely dinner! I'm also excited to see things from a different viewpoint this year.
The shop will be pretty empty until we return and get unpacked, around April 10.
I'm Robin, the dyer and designer behind October House. You've found my blog, where I ramble on about yarn and knitting, stitching and sewing and anything else that catches my fancy!
I love quiet colors, gentle stitches and making things by hand.
