I think most people are aware there will be no DFW Fiber Fest this year, due to the coronavirus pandemic. Like several other indie dyers I've seen on Instagram, October House will have a special shop update on Friday, April 3 - the date DFW would've begun.
I'll be including the yarn I had earmarked for DFW (at least, what I had dyed before the cancellation was announced), as well as our new cross stitch releases from Nashville. I'll have kits for A Spinner's Sampler.
I'm going to miss seeing old friends, meeting new friends and all the good food we usually have! Oh, and the bluebonnets - they are usually blooming right around DFWFF time!
But in the meantime, everyone can be safe and well...and there's always next year!
