The next Needlework Expo is coming at the end of August and I'm pretty excited about that!
I think it's fair to say that most of us (designers and shops) had high hopes for the first one back in March, but it's always a bit of a guessing game as to how smoothly things will go. But it turned out very smoothly.
I was thrilled with the results of the show, from the response to our previews to the number of orders (and re-orders) from lots of shops. I'm still a fairly new designer to the wholesale market, so it was encouraging to have lots of new shops stop by and order.
Needless to say, I'm busy getting ready for the show at the end of August! We'll have a few new releases that I'll be sharing peeks of in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, just keep stitching...
I'm Robin, the designer behind October House. You've found my blog, where I ramble on about stitching and sewing and anything else that catches my fancy!
I love quiet colors, gentle stitches and making things by hand.
