Our newest Skinny Mini design, Topiary Row, is just waiting and ready to be turned into a holiday design with the simple addition of a few red bows!
While I was designing and stitching this pattern, I wasn't really thinking about Christmas all that much. But as I got to the end of my stitching, I thought that last little topiary would be too cute dressed up with a red bow for Christmas. All by itself it makes a perfect little ornament.
But you could also add red bows to two or three of the other topiaries and turn the whole thing into a holiday celebration.
I am including the little chart for the red bow below here. I stitched mine with Gentle Art Sampler Threads #7019 Pomegranate (DMC 3328). But just about any Christmas-y red would work.
Just position the center of it on any of the single stitch "stems" and add a festive touch to your own Topiary Row!
I'm Robin, the designer behind October House. You've found my blog, where I ramble on about stitching and sewing and anything else that catches my fancy!
I love quiet colors, gentle stitches and making things by hand.
