True Blue is our last design debuting at Needlework Expo next weekend.
It's probably fairly obvious...I love blue! Most of our home is decorated in shades of blues, whites, and creams. And I have a serious addiction to blue and white china!
When I saw this beautiful blue linen from Colour & Cotton - the colorway is called Oyster Shell - I knew I wanted to do some sweet little smalls.
True Blue is an adorable little pin pillow, and Bachelor Buttons is an equally cute little pinkeep. Both would be perfect in your sewing basket, or just as decoration in a dough bowl...or maybe in my case a blue and white bowl:)
Both are backed with a light blue and white gingham. The pillow is stuffed with polyfil, and the pinkeep is trimmed with a navy organza ribbon. I used my favorite Patchwork Pins by Tulip in the pinkeep! They are fabulous to sew with - strong, fine and sharp.

I'm Robin, the designer behind October House. You've found my blog, where I ramble on about stitching and sewing and anything else that catches my fancy!
I love quiet colors, gentle stitches and making things by hand.
