The first design we’re showing off is White Sheep:
I love sheep. I guess most knitters do.
I also used to do quite a bit of spinning (before my arm went wonky). You get to know a lot about different sheep breeds when you handspin. And some of their faces are just adorable. After all, who can resist a cute sheep face?
The model is stitched on 32 ct. Vintage Beeswax linen by R&R Reproductions using 1 strand over 2 threads.
It uses Classic Colorworks & Weeks Dye Works flosses:
CC - Rain Shower, Thundercloud, English Ivy, Blue Beadboard, Wild Oats, Tea & Biscuits, Pea Pod
WDW - Fathom, Palomino
Stitch count: 165 x 191
Finished size, as stitched on 32 ct. approx: 10 1/4" x 11 7/8"
Release date: March 4, 2022
I'm Robin, the designer behind October House. You've found my blog, where I ramble on about stitching and sewing and anything else that catches my fancy!
I love quiet colors, gentle stitches and making things by hand.
