The third design celebrating Pumpkin Season is a pairing of two of my favorite things - coffee and pumpkin pie!
I'm one of those folks that enjoys pumpkin pie any time of the year, but I confess, especially during pumpkin season. Add a nice cup of Nespresso coffee, maybe a hazelnut or a caramel...I think they could be best friends.
Design details:
Stitch count 76 x 106
Fabric
36 ct. Parthenon linen by Colour & Cotton
Floss
Classic Colorworks (CC)
Peanut Brittle, Copper Penny, Fresh Brew, Chai, Brown Sugar, Just Rust, Gingersnap
Finished size as stitched on 36 ct. approx. 4" x 5 5/8"
Believe it or not, I framed this with a ready made 7" x 7" frame I found on Amazon! I added a side panel of a brown and white polka dot from my fabric stash, and trimmed it with a velvet ribbon from Dames of the Needle in Mellow Jack. It's just the right size to pop on a shelf next to some fall decor.
I'm Robin, the designer behind October House. You've found my blog, where I ramble on about stitching and sewing and anything else that catches my fancy!
I love quiet colors, gentle stitches and making things by hand.
