Next up in our sneak peeks is a design that's close to my heart...Flosstube Friends.
I came up with this idea a couple of years ago, and as part of my design process, I played around with it for a while before I got to the finished design. Let's just say that I created quite a few more people than you see in the finished piece!
I'm a big Flosstube fan, needless to say. I watched my first Flosstube about 3 or 4 years ago. I can't remember who I saw first, but it was either Nicole's Needlework or Mischievous Stitches. I was hooked from the first!
My favorite part was (and still is) watching other stitchers hold up their projects for me to look at and admire. That just never gets old...right? That got me to thinking how cool would it have been for stitchers of other generations to have Flosstube!
It's stitched on 40 count Abecedarian by R&R Reproductions using Weeks Dye Works and Classic Colorworks threads.
